BID PACKAGE SCHEDULE
Subcontractors shall be properly authorized to conduct business in the State of Nevada and Clark County, be licensed by the Nevada State Contractors Board pursuant to NRS Chapter 624, holding the proper subcategory of license for the work under NAC Chapter 624, and have a sufficient financial limit on their license of at least 125% of the estimate amount, prior to providing a response to any Request for Proposals. No proposals will be accepted from any company not meeting these requirements.
Access to the bid documents will be granted after execution of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Any bid solicitations that do not originate from Building Connected or charge a fee for access to the project documents are not from the Mortenson | McCarthy Joint Venture.
